SAP installation, upgrade, Support The SAP BASIS Administrator is a technical role focusing on global SAP landscape. The Basis resource should be a Solution Matter Expert and will be accountable for the design, implementation and health of the SAP landscapes. The basis person will provide oversight and leadership to an extended technical team including onsite and offshore third-party resources. The Basis resource is expected to be hands on for all design work and in the implementation of complex technical activities and issues. The Basis resource will ensure that the SAP systems (ECC, BW, SRM, Content Server Business Object, SAP PO, SAP Portal, Fiori, Solution Manager, web dispatchers) and their corresponding DB like HANA, Oracle, MaxDB, Sybase IQ are properly monitored, and optimized to provide an uninterrupted and stable state. Expertise in solution providing for issue or new project requirement with efforts, infrastructure sizing and landscape optimization. Additionally, the Basis resource will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical road maps for SAP and supporting systems. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: o Ensure the SAP solution landscapes operate reliably and efficiently. This includes the maintenance of High Availability and Disaster Recovery systems. o Contribute in maintaining the SAP Cloud services for SAP Solutions and its peripherals. o Provide regular support to SAP users in ECC, BW, Business Objects, PO, Portal, SRM, content server etc. and ensure o Analyse and troubleshoot any system issues or end user issues related to Certificates, Web Dispatcher, Oracle, Job scheduling, monitoring, Interfaces, Workloads, etc. o Administration of SAP interfaces connected via PO system o Completes implementation and enhancement project work with a focus to achieve key milestones. o Ensure the adherence of standards and completes quality documentation for the SAP environments. Maintain audit and compliance requirements. o Liaise with the functional SAP experts and business teams in order to assist with the ongoing support of SAP. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience (in years): o Bachelor's degree 4+ years of work experience in SAP implementation and Support. Graduate degree preferred. o Experience of Support of SAP landscape and Upgrades activities. Knowledge and skills: Good knowledge and Hands on SAP on Oracle and HANA Knowledge of SAP products SAP ECC, BW, Business Objects, PI, Fiori, Portal, Solution manager, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, SRM, SRM MDM, SSL certificates SAP administration experience in SUSE and Windows OS Have performed SAP NetWeaver administration and technical core tasks including SAP installation, upgrade, Support packs and add-on update, System refresh, client copy, performance analysis, etc. Able to perform estimation of estimation for project activities. Ready to learn new technologies and provide suggestions on improvements Unix scripting basic knowledge Other: o Experience working with Global Team. o Committed individual who is self-motivated, deadline driven and results orientated. o Good inter personal, communication, problem solving and facilitation skills

Role & responsibilities Experience in OpenText Content Suite / ECM version 16.x, Content Server and Archive Server Strong experience in Content server workflows, forms and Oscript Experience in configuring and customizing smart UI widget Experience in OpenText Live, Web report development, OpenText content server web services Experience in SAP and integration with OpenText Content Server Exposure to Content Server, OpenText Archive Server 16.x and above versions Data Migration exposure from other source systems to OpenText platform using migration tools (OpenText ObjectImporter, etc.) Exposure to OpenText products version upgrade ( 20.x/21.x to 21.x/22.x) using System Center Strong experience in OpenText modules: Workflows, WebReports and Live Report Experience on SAP and Business Object configurations Technical and functional configurations on SAP and OpenText Content server for Business Workspaces, References and Relationships Building Smart UI for business users based on their roles using perspective manager Having OpenText Content Server REST API knowledge will be an added advantage Must have experience in installation, configuration, support, and upgrade of ECM for SAP, OTCS, OTAS, OTDS, Brava! Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate various solutions offerings from vendors Leads testing efforts Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing Communicates needed changes to development team Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines Manages resources in accordance with project schedule Maintains all CMDB assets, documents related to project, process, applications Providing access to end users as per roles & authorization /access management policy Preferred candidate profile Hands on OpenText ECM for min 4 years Strong experience on OpenText Extended ECM, and content server development Experience in ECM Implementation & Migration projects Sound knowledge of systems, industry practices, architecture /processes of document management systems, content and archive systems Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage Should be able to provide end to end application or system support without any dependency

High degree of proficiency with Cisco Unified Communication Manager is required, supporting, troubleshooting and design/deploying Hands on experience in supporting Microsoft Teams Telephony, Video and Chat Experience in the following: Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco UCCX, VOIP Telephony; Cisco Communication Products Experience with Cisco Telepresence products including Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Multipoint Control Units, Video Communications Servers, ISDN Gateways, SIP Gateways, Telepresence Content Servers, and Cisco endpoints. UCCX design, administration and maintenance Cisco VOIP telephony and collaboration services On-Prem and Cloud Expert skill and experience with Cisco Voice Gateways and SBC’s Experience and core knowledge in supporting voice protocols i.e. SIP, H.323 and MGCP Proficient level Cisco certifications is mandatory Maintaining, configuring and sustaining the Cisco VoIP network Experience with L1/L2 knowledge in Data Networking is an advantage.
