Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding design matters. Present design proposals and updates to clients and stakeholders. Address client concerns and incorporate their requirements into the design. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other partners. 5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the design process. Conduct regular reviews and audits of design work. Ensure that all design outputs meet or exceed industry standards and best practices. 6. Innovation and Sustainability: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Promote the use of sustainable materials and design practices. Encourage the integration of innovative solutions and technologies in building designs. 7. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the design departments budget. Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals, requirements, and budgets.
