Deep Understanding of the Solar Industry Across Key Functional Areas: Project Planning & Control: Proficient in end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely execution of solar power projects. Procurement, Purchase & Estimation: Skilled in estimation and budgeting, with hands-on experience in procurement and purchasing processes to support cost-effective project execution. Project Monitoring & Acceleration: Actively monitor project progress and intervene when necessary to expedite timelines without compromising on quality or safety standards. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to foster cooperation and ensure smooth project execution. Techno-Commercial Expertise: Competent in managing techno-commercial aspects of both pre-bid and post-bid project phases, from estimation to contract finalization. Supply Chain & Material Tracking: Track material procurement, design deliverables, and supply chain activities to maintain optimal project efficiency and reduce delays. Quality, Safety & Budget Compliance: Committed to completing projects within budget and deadlines, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). 20–25 years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy project management. Proven track record in leading large-scale solar projects (utility/C&I/rooftop). Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
