Costing & Budgeting professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates during various project stages.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with planning, billing, and procurement teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support management in value engineering exercises and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in tender evaluation and rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
  • Maintain and update cost databases for future benchmarking.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. Civil with minimum

    5 years of experience

    in real estate, contracting, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of

    cost management, budgeting, and estimation

    processes.
  • Proficient in

    MS Excel

    ,

    SAP

    , and other project costing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
