Job Description

Civil Engineer/supervisor

Salary Brunei $ 800 - 1200 (45,000 to 85,000 Rupees)

India experience also

Role & responsibilities

5 years (or more) of site supervision experience in civil construction ideally industrial buildings, warehouses, flooring, heavy equipment base works.
Good understanding of civil construction methods: formwork, reinforcement, concreting, floor finishing, drainage.
Ability to read drawings, understand dimensions, elevations, tolerances.
Basic knowledge of concrete testing, slab flatness measurement, site safety and QA/QC practices.
Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work in dynamic site environments.
Proactive, hands-on, problem solver, able to monitor crew performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years experience
in civil engineering for
industrial buildings, warehouses, or manufacturing facilities
.
Proven track record in
design and supervision of heavy-duty slabs, foundations, and structural steel works
.
Familiar with floor flatness standards (TR34, ACI 302), and anchoring systems for racks and equipment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent structural design tools.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
