Senior Civil Site Engineer

Must Requirements

Making bar bending schedules, estimating quantities, Preparing of Estimation & Cost analysis, able to supervise and handle independently with a reporting manager, Day to Day progress monitoring & reporting

Project Planning and Scheduling

Supervision of on-going civil work such as Layout, RCC Work, Bar bending work, Shuttering work, Masonry, Road pavement Works, Plastering, Flooring, waterproofing, Painting, Plumbing etc.

Budget Management

Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to ensure the project remains financially viable

Client Relations

Maintain a positive working relationship with the client, addressing their concerns and expectations while managing project objectives

Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Procure materials and equipment efficiently, considering cost, quality. Review & Approval of Incoming Material as per Codes and Standard Testing and witness of cubes, raw material at site and testing labs

Quality Control and Assurance

Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets specified quality standards and complies with project plans and specifications.

Document Management

Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project-related documentation
