Senior Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise construction projects such as roads, buildings, bridges, drainage, and pipelines.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws. Manage and monitor project progress, quality, and costs.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals. Perform structural analysis and calculations for load-bearing structures.
• Review and approve materials, construction methods, and work schedules.
• Prepare project reports, estimates, and documentation. Oversee site safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, etc.)
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities. Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent. Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (optional, preferred for senior roles). Professional certification or license (if applicable).
