Job Description

Job Description: Looking for Planning & Billing Engineer with a strong background in Solar Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and managing billing activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and update project schedules using relevant planning tools Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution Prepare client and subcontractor bills, verify measurements, and ensure timely submission and certification Maintain project documentation related to billing and planning Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and execution teams for smooth project flow Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning & Billing within the Solar EPC domain Proficient in MS Project/Primavera and MS Excel Strong knowledge of billing norms, BOQ, and contract terms Excellent communication and coordination skills
