Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing client accounts with Tier-1 enterprises & implementation partners
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

3–15years of experience in
Account Management / Sales / Client Handling
Strong experience working with
Tier-1 clients and implementation partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in IT services / staffing is a strong plus
