OPT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, GC, and senior consultants.
• Source genuine experienced candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, other sources
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens.
• Onboard senior IT consultants to the bench, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Conduct resume screening, pre-interviews, and evaluations for technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations.
• Provide ongoing candidate engagement, relationship management, and career guidance.
• Source OPT/CPT and H1B transfer candidates for W2 placement.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
• Should have an active database of OPT and H1 transfer candidates list.
• Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/ USC candidates
• Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market

Skills & Qualifications:-

• 4 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on OPT/H1/GC hiring.
• Proficiency in sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university networks.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding both OPT candidates and senior consultants.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Hands-on experience with W2 & C2C
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates should be willing to work in US shift (6.30 PM TO 3.30 AM IST)
