Position: Coworking Operations and Sales Executive
Company: ZO Space Private Limited
Location: Head Office: New Delhi
Type: Full-Time (with local travel for vendor/site coordination)
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Coworking Spaces, Business Center, Sales, Facility Operations, or Community Management Preferred)

About the Role
The Coworking Operations and Sales Executive will be responsible for managing daily coworking center operations while actively handling sales leads and client visits. The role involves converting inquiries from walk-ins, IVR, and aggregator platforms, coordinating facility operations, and ensuring a smooth experience for members. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of sales follow-ups, basic facility management, vendor coordination, and member support to maintain service quality and drive occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Member Handling
  • Handle member onboarding, inductions, renewals, and daily coordination
  • Act as the single point of contact for member queries and issues
  • Manage complaints, service tickets, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain a professional front desk and visitor experience

Sales Support & Revenue Enablement
  • Handle walk-in enquiries and support site visits and client tours
  • Ensure the center is show-ready for prospects at all times
  • Support meeting room bookings, day passes, and add-on services
  • Assist in basic billing coordination and payment follow-ups

Facility Operations & Vendor Coordination
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, internet, HVAC, power backup, and pantry services
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure services are delivered as per schedule
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations
  • Report issues and follow up until closure

Community & Engagement
  • Support small community activities and member engagement initiatives
  • Encourage usage of meeting rooms, events, and additional services

Safety, Compliance & SOPs
  • Follow and enforce center SOPs related to safety, access, and visitors
  • Maintain basic records for assets, inventory, and service logs
  • Report incidents and ensure compliance with internal guidelines

Reporting & Coordination
  • Update leads, tickets, occupancy, and daily activities on CRM/trackers
  • Share basic daily and weekly reports with the central team
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth functioning

Important Note: This is a hands-on, on-site role involving sales follow-ups, facility coordination, and member handling. Candidates seeking desk-only, pure sales, or purely administrative roles should not apply.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate in Hospitality/Business/Facility/Operations.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, coworking/business centers, facility ops, or community management.
  • Strong stakeholder management with vendors, members, and internal teams.
  • Working knowledge of building services (HVAC, DG, Fire, Networking basics).
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and service orientation.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to work from the center and travel within Delhi NCR as needed.

Performance Expectations & KPIs

Targets
  • 90%+ member satisfaction/NPS; ticket FTR within SLA (e.g., 24 hrs for L1 issues).
  • 99% uptime for critical utilities (HVAC, power, internet).
  • Meeting room/utilization and add-on revenue growth (month-on-month).
  • Zero critical non-compliances in monthly audits; timely closure of snags.
  • Support occupancy goals with show-ready floors and prompt sales coordination.

Growth Potential
  • Progression to Senior Center Manager or Cluster Manager based on performance.
