MCO has an extensive Product Delivery team spread around the world and are now looking for an enthusiastic Chief Product Delivery Officer lead this organization. This person will lead this organization to deliver exciting new capabilities into the market, while ensuring that we maximise the performance of this global team.

About the Role

The Learning Experience Designer will transform how MCO customers learn, adopt, and grow with our platform. You will design and deliver role-based training programs that integrate seamlessly with our Knowledge Base (CMS), Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), and Learning Management System (LMS). Beyond building courses, you will leverage AI technologies, semantic search, adaptive learning, and intelligent chatbots, to create personalized, data-driven learning journeys that meet needs of the customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of instructional design and digital innovation, combining creativity, technology, and analytics to deliver measurable impact on adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify customer learning gaps and define measurable outcomes.
  • Design and structure course curricula, learning objectives, and assessments tailored to customer personas.
  • Develop multimedia and interactive learning content, ensuring SCORM/xAPI compliance for LMS delivery.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, Product, and Support teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with product features.
  • Integrate AI-driven personalization into learning paths, adapting course recommendations to learner behavior and role.
  • Partner with AI and Product teams to enable semantic search and chatbot-driven learning assistance within the LMS and DAP.
  • Leverage analytics and AI insights to track learner progress, optimize course effectiveness, and identify content gaps.
  • Maintain and refresh training materials based on customer feedback, evolving product features, and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Pilot training with customer groups, gather insights, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Experiences and Skills

  • 5-8 years in instructional design, course development, or learning experience roles (preferably in SaaS/enterprise).
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and LMS platforms.
  • Experience in multimedia design, video scripts, infographics, interactive modules.
  • Familiarity with AI in learning (adaptive learning systems, chatbots, recommendation engines, or semantic search).
  • Expertise in SCORM/xAPI standards to ensure interoperability and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze training data and apply AI/ML insights to improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, technical, and customer-facing teams.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learner engagement strategies.
  • Preferred: Exposure to AI tools such as HeyGen,Canva AI,Adobe Premiere Pro,Notion AI
