Country Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Drive business development and solution sales for

   Oracle NetSuite ERP and technology services

   across India.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, finance leaders, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
3. Lead end-to-end NetSuite sales cycles from prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, and negotiations to closure.
4. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand NetSuites market presence.
5. Collaborate with pre-sales solution consultants to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts aligned with client needs.
6. Partner with delivery and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from sales through implementation.
7. Maintain accurate forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
8. Provide regular sales performance and market insights to senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 10+ years of proven success in ERP sales, with strong preference for NetSuite or competing cloud ERP platforms

   (SAP Business ByDesign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
2. Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Solid understanding of

   cloud ERP, financial management systems, and business process automation

   .
4. Demonstrated experience in

   hunting new business and managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

   .
5. Excellent skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
6. Ability to engage and influence senior executives, particularly CFOs, CIOs, and Finance/Operations leaders.
7. Willingness to travel across India as required.
