Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate our growth in the competitive B2B SaaS market. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to build a robust online presence and contribute directly to our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and manage integrated digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive leads and revenue.
  • Content & SEO Optimization:

    Conduct keyword research and optimize web content (website, blogs, landing pages) for both on-page and technical SEO.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC):

    Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and attract enterprise clients.
  • Social Media Management:

    Develop and execute B2B social media strategies (LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance brand authority and generate qualified leads.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:

    Design and run targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows to support the sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • CRM & Automation Tools:

    Manage CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for efficient lead tracking, scoring, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Good to-Have:

    • 3-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools ..
    • Strong understanding of the entire digital marketing funnel and experience in lead generation.
    • Proficiency in managing social media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from marketing metrics.
