Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handling and conversions. Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-lasting relationships. Qualifications & Skills: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English . Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive, friendly phone manner. Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and within a team. What We Offer: Fixed stipend: ₹10,000/month during the 6-month probation period. Performance-based commission: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
