Job Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our admission services. Counsel students and parents regarding course details, eligibility, and admission procedures. Follow-up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status. Work with the counselling and marketing team to convert inquiries into admissions. Achieve daily and monthly targets. Requirements0–2 years of experience in tele sales / counselling / customer service. Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Basic knowledge of using Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and CRM tools is a plus. Graduation (preferred but not mandatory).
