Country Head (India) – Fractional Jet Ownership

The Country Head (India) will lead all aspects of the company’s fractional jet ownership business, overseeing market development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence in the rapidly evolving Indian private aviation sector. This executive will serve as the chief brand ambassador and business driver for the company, fostering innovation and growth, while navigating India’s distinctive business and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision and business plans tailored to India’s private aviation market.
• Lead all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, regulatory compliance, fleet management, and customer experience.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regulators, business partners, customers, and investors.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Indian aviation regulations and uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and service.
• Oversee financial management: create budgets, monitor profitability, and analyze business performance to drive growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and innovative company culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage risks, leveraging market trends and innovative practices to ensure competitiveness.
• Represent the company at industry events, media forums, and with external stakeholders to promote brand leadership and thought innovation.

Key Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in aviation, luxury services, or a related industry with P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of business aviation, regulatory environments, and Indian market dynamics.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, execution, and scaling high-value services or start-up operations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and team-leadership skills.
