The Country Head (India) will lead all aspects of the company’s fractional jet ownership business, overseeing market development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence in the rapidly evolving Indian private aviation sector. Overview The Jet Sales and Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for driving aircraft sales, sourcing new purchasing opportunities, and managing the end-to-end acquisition and resale process for private and business jets within India. The role demands deep market insight, negotiation skills, and regulatory awareness, serving both domestic and international clients for direct ownership and fractional models. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain a network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), business leaders, and corporations interested in acquiring or selling jets. Advise clients on the jet selection process, matching aircraft features with client requirements and usage patterns. Lead negotiations with manufacturers, brokers, financiers, and sellers for optimal pricing and terms. Oversee and coordinate all stages of the acquisition process, including due diligence, technical evaluations, regulatory clearances (DGCA, customs, etc.), and contract finalization. Develop and implement strategies for marketing new and pre-owned aircraft in the Indian market, including industry events, digital channels, and partnerships. Manage aircraft resale and trade-in processes, maximizing asset value for clients. Collaborate internally with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth delivery. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer preferences to inform business strategy.
