A Cost Controller is responsible for managing and controlling project or company costs to ensure financial efficiency and profitability. Their main duties involve monitoring expenses, analyzing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
Monitor and track project or operational expenses against the approved budget.
Analyze financial data and prepare cost reports for management.
Identify cost variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Assist in forecasting and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
