Job Description

A renowned Company of Saudi Arabia is looking for Information Communication Technology Engineer. ICT Engineer – Job Responsibilities: 1. System Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement ICT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, etc.). Ensure systems meet organizational needs and are scalable and secure. 2. Network Management: Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. 3. Software and Hardware Support: Install, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software. Provide technical support for system users and resolve issues efficiently. 4. Cybersecurity: Implement security protocols to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches. Monitor and respond to security incidents. 5. Data Management: Ensure data backup and recovery plans are in place and tested regularly. Maintain data integrity and access controls. 6. Cloud and Virtualization Services: Deploy and manage cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Work with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). 7. Project Management: Participate in planning and executing ICT projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ICT solutions. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations. Generate reports on ICT performance, risks, and improvements. 9. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to ICT standards, policies, and compliance regulations (like ISO, GDPR). Continuously assess and improve ICT practices. 10. User Training and Support: Provide end-user training on ICT systems and tools. Act as a point of contact for escalated ICT issues.
