Information Communication Technology Engineer

As an ICT Engineer at a renowned Company in Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibilities will revolve around designing, developing, and implementing ICT infrastructure to meet organizational needs while ensuring scalability and security. You will be tasked with configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Your role will also involve installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software, providing technical support to system users, and efficiently resolving any issues that arise. Implementing security protocols to safeguard data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches, monitoring security incidents, and ensuring data backup and recovery plans are in place and tested regularly will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying and managing cloud-based systems such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and working with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. Participating in planning and executing ICT projects, coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery of solutions, and maintaining documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations are also key components of this role. You will need to generate reports on ICT performance, risks, and improvements, ensure compliance with ICT standards, policies, and regulations such as ISO and GDPR, and continuously assess and enhance ICT practices. Providing end-user training on ICT systems and tools, as well as serving as a point of contact for escalated ICT issues, will be part of your responsibilities as well.
