We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for our employees across functions such as sales, customer service, delivery, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training modules on sales techniques, soft skills, product knowledge, compliance, and customer service.
• Conduct induction/orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assess individual and team training needs; create customized learning paths.
• Use innovative methods (role plays, case studies, e-learning, workshops) to enhance engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
• Maintain updated training records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify performance gaps and design solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or relevant field.
• Certification in Training/Instructional Design (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer / L&D professional.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales & customer service training.
• Ability to connect with diverse teams and motivate them.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
