About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Trainer who can empower sales teams to effectively position and pitch Tally as a product to customers. The role goes beyond product training—it focuses on enabling sales professionals with the right mindset, skills, and confidence to drive conversions through compelling communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for sales teams on how to sell Tally as a product.
• Translate product knowledge into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
• Provide insights into customer engagement, objection handling, pitching, and consultative selling.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and quickly integrate them into training content.
• Design and deliver soft skills training (e.g., communication, presentation, negotiation, customer engagement) for internal teams or client organizations.
• Create engaging training content including role-plays, simulations, and interactive workshops.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance follow ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or related discipline.
• 3–6 years’ experience in sales enablement, soft skills training, or sales coaching.
• Strong training persona with excellent communication, facilitation, and engagement skills.
• Prior exposure to sales training in software/IT products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Tally is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to learn product quickly is key.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and nearby regions for training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
