Ensure that all logistics are in place for placement season, including venue bookings, interview schedules, and technology setup. 2. Student Counseling & Support: Offer one-on-one career counseling to students, helping them align their skills, interests, and career aspirations with industry needs. Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops. Assist students in exploring career options and understanding the hiring trends in the industry. 3. Skill Development & Training: Organize skill enhancement workshops, including leadership development, communication skills, soft skills, and interview preparation. Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to design and deliver tailored training sessions that help students stay competitive in the job market. Develop and implement online resources, webinars, and other self-learning tools for students. 4. Networking & Alumni Engagement: Foster connections between alumni and current students for mentorship, networking, and recruitment opportunities.
