Role Overview:

This role is ideal for HR students passionate about corporate training, communication skills, and career coaching. You will conduct sessions on business communication, lead mock interviews, guide on resume building, and provide mentorship to help individuals become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver or support business communication training (email etiquette, presentation skills, professional behavior)

Conduct mock interviews and provide structured feedback

Assist in resume-building workshops and LinkedIn profile optimization

Mentor students on interpersonal skills, grooming, and interview readiness

Help design engaging training content (PPTs, handouts, assessments)

Organize and support career development events, webinars, or sessions

Required Skills:

Strong verbal & written communication

Public speaking and facilitation confidence

Basic knowledge of resume standards and interview processes

Passion for training, mentoring, and career readiness.

Eligibility:

Pursuing MBA (HR), MSW (HRM), or MA (HRM)/ Freshers are also welcome.

Strong interest in L&D, training, or career coaching

Participation in college-level training/placement activities is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
