Business Development Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Enterprise Sales Executive for our Jaipur region to expand our footprint in hospitals, clinics, and elder care centers. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential business partners, converting leads, and delivering solutions in the home healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard hospitals, doctors, physiotherapy clinics, and diagnostic centers in Jaipur.
• Pitch and sell products like wheelchairs, hospital beds, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen concentrators.
• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain strong after-sales service and handle escalations, if any.
• Submit regular sales reports and manage CRM data.
• Visit healthcare expos and local networking events in Jaipur.

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (healthcare preferred).
• Strong Jaipur network in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Own vehicle preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
