Primary Job Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for our BFSI Businesses in NBFC/ Stock Broking/ Insurance Broking/Wealth Management.
• Analyse Market trends, Competitive landscape & Peer Analysis, Technology trends and customer segmentation to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and present business cases, go-to-market strategies, identify relevant business acquisitions, and analyse financial models for Valuation.
• Assist in Business transformation, digital adoption and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and define roadmap for strategy projects.
• Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making to support strategy & planning.
• Deliver consulting engagements with structured frameworks, including design thinking, and agile methodologies.
• Support business development activities through intelligent information dissemination like proposal writing, pitch decks, client presentations, evaluation of Businesses, MIS, and data analytics.

Minimum Qualification/s

Chartered Accountant or MBA (from a premier institute)

Essential Skills/Competencies

• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
• Data Analytics & Insight Generation
• Expertise in Valuation of Businesses

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 or 15 Years of experience in business strategy

  in BFSI firms/consulting organizations for VP or SVP role respectively.
• Strong domain knowledge of BFSI required.
• Experience of presenting Strategic inputs to CEO/Board/Strategy Head, will be an advantage
• Experience of working in a business role for at least 5 years, at a senior level in the relevant BFSI segments will be an advantage. Highlight the BFSI sub-sector(s) experience that you may have.
