As a leading OEM, we specialize in corporate and promotional gifting , GWPs (gift-with-purchase) , and custom manufacturing solutions for global brands across industries including FMCG, toys, and homecare Location - Mumbai, Andheri Job Summary As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead our B2B corporate sales efforts, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our footprint in the corporate gifting and toy/gifting industry . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate B2B sales targets. Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to exceed performance benchmarks. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the corporate gifting space. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies. Generate and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate B2B sales, specifically in the corporate gifting, toys, or promotional gifting industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive business decisions. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite .
