Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies for new client acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing clients' relationships through regular communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development by researching potential clients in the BFSI industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to client onboarding and ensure seamless integration into our systems.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
