Key Responsibilities

:Client Acquisition & Relationship Managemen

• tReach out to senior stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CHROs, Treasury/Payroll Heads) across corporates, MNCs, and SMEs
• .Identify and pitch customized employee benefit fund solutions
• .Map and manage key corporate accounts and ensure timely escalation handling
• .Develop and nurture broker relationships to build group business through the broking channel
• .Drive cross-sell opportunities and worksite marketing initiatives within existing accounts

.Client Servicing & Retentio

• nEnsure retention of group insurance clients through consistent engagement and superior service delivery
• .Liaise with internal teams (actuarial, underwriting, operations) to ensure seamless servicing and operational efficiency
• .Conduct client reviews, investment con-calls, and employee communication sessions
• .Address queries related to trust formation, trust amendments, and scheme-related issues

.Strategic Initiatives & Reportin

• gMonitor and achieve sales targets through structured plans and performance tracking
• .Lead projects aimed at improving retention, operational processes, and customer experience
• .Maintain updated MIS and ensure compliance with regulatory norms
• .Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitive offerings and industry trends
