Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive / Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Location: Chennai Reporting To: Sales Head / General Manager Experience Required: 6 - 12 years in hotel corporate sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to drive revenue through corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record in generating business from corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and convert potential corporate clients for room bookings, events, and long-stay requirements. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, and decision-makers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through new business development and account retention. Prepare and negotiate corporate rate agreements and long-term contracts. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections. Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and banquet teams for seamless service delivery. Maintain an updated database of all corporate accounts and sales activities using CRM tools. Participate in industry networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the hotel industry. Strong network with corporate companies and travel agencies is an added advantage. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
