Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee room bookings, daily operations, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient check-in/check-out processes, and effective team coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and reservations.
• Oversee room booking processes (online, walk-in, OTA platforms, corporate bookings) and optimize occupancy rates.
• Ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experience, handle escalated guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction through regular feedback and staff training.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure service readiness and cleanliness.
• Manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Monitor room inventory, rates, and OTA platforms to maximize revenue.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, SOPs, and compliance with health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel front office/operations management.
• Proficiency in room booking software/PMS (IDS, Opera, eZee, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and guest complaints with professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of OTA management (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.)

Salary: As per experience
