We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented hotel manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing staff, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can balance "front of house" hospitality with "back of house" administration. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Guest Satisfaction: Resolve guest complaints professionally and implement strategies to improve guest reviews and loyalty. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor payroll, and analyze P&L statements to maximize profitability and minimize waste. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Revenue Management: Work with sales and marketing teams to set room rates, manage inventory, and execute promotional strategies. Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property meets all health, safety, and licensing regulations (including fire safety and food handling). Facility Maintenance: Inspect the property regularly to ensure all areas are clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
