Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Director of Sales & Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support and implement marketing strategies that promote the hotel’s services and brand. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and hospitality trends. This role plays a vital part in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and content creators for promotional material. Manage the hotel's online presence including website content, SEO, Google Ads, and social media channels. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Organize and promote events, special packages, and seasonal offers. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Prepare monthly marketing reports and presentations for senior management. Coordinate PR activities and maintain relationships with media and influencers. Maintain and update customer databases and use CRM tools to track campaign performance. Ensure all branding and promotional activities are consistent with the hotel’s image and guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking with strong analytical and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
