Job Description

Managing staffRecruiting, training, and monitoring staff, including the catering manager, housekeeping manager, room service manager, food and beverage manager, and customer service manager
Ensuring guest satisfactionManaging guest inquiries and concerns, coordinating reservations, and ensuring guests receive the highest level of service
Maintaining the hotel's physical appearanceOverseeing maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings, and ensuring the hotel meets health and safety standards
Managing financesManaging budgets and financial plans, controlling expenditure, and forecasting revenue
Marketing and salesPromoting and marketing the business, analyzing sales figures, and devising market and revenue management strategies
Ensuring securityImplementing safety protocols and training staff on emergency procedures
