We’re looking for a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to manage and execute road construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of road projects, site supervision, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day road construction work at the site. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards (MORTH / IRC). Monitor the work of contractors, labor, and equipment on-site. Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material records. Coordinate with Project Manager, surveyor, and lab team for smooth execution. Ensure quality control for concrete, bitumen, and other materials used. Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills. Requirements: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of site experience in road or highway projects. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Strong communication and team management skills. Willingness to work at site locations across Bihar.
