Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Manager (CSM) at All 4 Season, you will be responsible for leading the corporate sales efforts in the Hyderabad region. Your role will be crucial in accelerating business growth by collaborating with the Travel and Holiday divisions and other cross-functional teams. Here's what you can expect in this role: - **Regional Sales Management:** Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer to establish sales targets and develop strategies to achieve business goals. - **Sales Planning:** Create and implement sales plans, including pricing and promotional strategies, to drive business growth. - **Sales Tracking and Reporting:** Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking and reporting sales to streamline operations and enhance sales processes. - **Sales Performance Management:** Monitor sales performance metrics and provide detailed reports to the management team, offering insights on progress and areas for improvement. - **Business Development:** Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across major cities in Hyderabad and surrounding region, including partnerships and sales channels, to expand the client base. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. - **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. - **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi, along with strong interpersonal abilities. - In-depth knowledge of the travel industry and current trends. - Willingness and ability to travel as required.
