Corporate Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in corporate training sales, particularly in SAP and IT training solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding corporate training requirements, and driving business growth by promoting SAP and other IT-focused learning programs

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales for SAP corporate training programs along with other IT training offerings (e.g., Cloud, Data Science, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Agile).
2. Develop and nurture relationships with HR, L&D managers, and training heads across corporate clients.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend customized SAP module trainings (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP SuccessFactors).
4. Generate leads, schedule client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals.
5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for SAP & IT training solutions.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM.
7. Collaborate with the training delivery teams to ensure successful execution of SAP programs.
8. Stay updated on SAP learning trends, certifications, and market demand to align business development strategy.

Qualifications

1. 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development of SAP or IT corporate training services.
2. Good understanding of SAP ecosystem, modules, and certification structures.
3. Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build trust with corporate stakeholders and L&D decision-makers.
6. Self-driven, proactive, and target-focused.
