Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and eager to contribute to our mission of delivering quality training solutions worldwide. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to promote our Data Science and Salesforce training programs.● Understand student needs and recommend the most relevant training programs.● Maintain CRM entries and update lead statuses in real-time.● Support the sales team in client interactions, presentations, and follow-ups.● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.● Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.● Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.● Provide insights and feedback from clients to help refine offerings and services. Requirements: ● Completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.● Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.● Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the EdTech and training industry.
