Job Description

As a Business Development Executive - B2B Sales at PUNO, your role involves driving B2B sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, formulating sales strategies, and negotiating contracts for Corporate parties, banquets, and more. Your primary location for this role will be in Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and attend to inbound sales leads - Generate leads and visit corporates, schools, etc. - Develop a comprehensive group booking strategy, including goals, target markets, and specific tactics - Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, malls, event planners, travel agencies, schools, and other potential group organizers - Collect feedback from group clients post their bookings to pinpoint areas for enhancement - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of group events and parties - Reach out to multiple coordinators for school bookings, provide affordable plans, and ensure top-notch services every time - Maintain call and lead data accurately - Assist the team in the booking process, gather customer feedback, and enhance customer experience - Engage with college coordinators to secure college bookings and present attractive plans in alignment with management - Persuade clients to host various events like birthday celebrations, kitty parties, school picnics, official team meetings, and get-togethers - Encourage clients to purchase PUNO membership cards through effective scripts or persuasive techniques - Actively explore new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media - Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships through personal interactions or meetings - Create and deliver compelling presentations on products and services - Provide daily reports on calls, visits, and completed tasks in the designated format Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and business development - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - Ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively - Previous experience in B2B sales within the hospitality industry is preferred Join PUNO's dynamic team and contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our guests!,
