Corporate Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining Debashis Productions as a Cold Calling Executive (B2B) to engage with corporate organizations, present the services offered by Debashis Productions, and generate high-quality leads for the business development team. Your role is result-oriented and will require strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to connect effectively with senior-level professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients in diverse industries. - Identify and engage with decision-makers such as Marketing Heads, CSR Managers, CEOs, and PR Heads. - Showcase Debashis Productions" portfolio and services including corporate films, brand videos, CSR stories, photography, and event coverage. - Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team. - Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups to ensure effective communication. - Meet monthly targets and contribute to the development of a robust sales funnel. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales. - Proficiency in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills. - Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. - Comfortable interacting with CXO-level professionals. - Background in media, production, digital marketing, or advertising sales is preferred. - Highly self-motivated, confident, and focused on achieving results.
