Corporate Sales Executive (Cold Calling B2B)

You will be joining Debashis Productions, a leading creative production house specializing in commercial photography and video production for corporate brands. You will collaborate with top companies in various industries such as IT, manufacturing, automobiles, healthcare, fashion, and sports to empower brands through powerful storytelling and cinematic excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients across various industries. - Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Marketing Heads, CSR Managers, CEOs, and PR Heads. - Present Debashis Productions portfolio and services including corporate films, brand videos, CSR stories, photography, and event coverage. - Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. - Maintain detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups. - Meet monthly targets and contribute to building a strong sales funnel. **Qualifications & Skills Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. - Comfortable speaking with CXO-level professionals. - Background in media, production, digital marketing, or advertising sales is preferred. - Highly self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented. If you are successful during the probation period by generating 5 qualified leads, you will be confirmed for the position starting from the next month. After the probation period, you will receive a salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 per month based on your performance, along with additional incentives in the form of commission on confirmed projects.,
