Job Description

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients. This role involves generating leads, conducting meetings with decision-makers, pitching company offerings, and managing end-to-end corporate sales cycles. The executive acts as a key link between the organization and corporate customersensuring seamless communication, strong relationship management, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a results-driven mindset. They are expected to understand corporate requirements, coordinate with internal teams for service delivery, and provide regular sales updates through structured reporting. This role plays a critical part in expanding the companys presence across various industry segments and building long-term corporate partnerships.

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential corporate clients through databases, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks.
  • Generate new B2B leads via cold calling, emails, corporate visits, and events.
  • Research corporate accounts to understand their structure, decision-makers, and needs.

2. Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Connect with HR, Admin, Purchase, and Senior Management teams for pitching services/products.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, demos, and product/service explanations.
  • Understand clients requirements and offer customized solutions/packages.

3. Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  • Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into long-term business.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as a single point of contact for issue resolution and service coordination.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with key clients.

5. Daily Sales Updates & Reporting

  • Update daily call logs, meeting records, follow-ups, and sales funnel in CRM/Excel tracker.
  • Share weekly MIS reports: leads, closures, pipeline, revenue projection.
  • Maintain accuracy in documentation for audits and approvals.

6. Coordination With Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with operations, service delivery, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Support onboarding, service execution, billing, and after-sales processes.
  • Work with marketing for campaigns, emailers, events, and collaterals.

7. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Drive corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, group bookings, and channel partnerships.
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

8. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking

  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share insights for new product launches, corporate packages, and service improvements.
  • Identify new industry verticals or clusters for business expansion.

9. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and corporate forms are completed correctly.
  • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client data.
