This position…

  • offers a unique opportunity to grow sales for a new global venture
  • represents a critical role to drive adoption of the company’s global platform
  • requires a combination of business development, client engagement, and solutioning skills
  • is an intense growth role and will work with other teams located in the US and India
  • will have direct responsibility for client acquisition, client relationship and upsell opportunities
  • work directly under the leadership team and will act as a Corporate Sales and Business Development expert, making decisions that will impact customer experience journey


Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, etc.
  • Involve EdMyst teams and resources, as may be required, to support deal closure
  • Create and present EdMyst collateral for business proposals
  • Close deals by coordinating client’s requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
  • Cross Sell and upsell to existing clients
  • Manage the sales Pipeline
  • Own client relationship and monitor servicing quality to ensure best client experience
  • Use EdMyst Sales and pipeline management process to keep the CRM data updated

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years client acquisition experience in consultative corporate sales in Service industry
  • Familiarity with HR Solutions and Talent Transformation tools (recruitment processes, Learning and Development platforms, Assessments etc.)

  • Experience in leading solutioning engagements for CXOs, HR Leaders and Learning and Development Leaders
  • Strong sales and client acquisition mindset focused on outcomes


Required skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal) coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive, sincere phone presence
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams alongside other sales leaders, solution leaders and product managers contributing to client servicing capabilities
  • Very strong interpersonal skills: must demonstrate an ability to work well with other non- sales members of the leadership and development teams
  • Results-driven, able and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done


Compensation:

Remuneration will be based on a combination of base salary, performance-linked incentives and volume of sales on specific targets
