EdMyst is on a mission to transform how enterprises understand and empower their workforce. We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive with 2–4 years of experience to join our growing sales team.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demos, negotiations, and closure.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of HR decision-makers across India and other territories.
Deeply understand the HR buyer ICP (CHROs, L&D heads, HRBPs) and their business pain points.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales playbooks, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Hit and exceed quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
Represent EdMyst at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
✅ What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR Tech or SaaS.
Proven ability to sell to HR leaders.
Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing long sales cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hunger to grow in a fast-scaling startup and comfortable working in an unstructured environment.
