As a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist, your role involves delivering exceptional conversion rates of prospects into customers by leveraging your expertise in commercial insurance and sales proficiency. You will be tasked with maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, showcasing strong teamwork, self-leadership, and leadership within the team, and consistently demonstrating high energy, integrity, and commitment to your duties. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in handling various challenges that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects - Demonstrate strong teamwork, self- and team leadership - Display consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment - Utilize problem-solving approach effectively - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Support the sales team in lead generation and business closure Qualifications Required: - Commercial insurance experience, particularly in group health and property & liability - Mandatory B2B sales experience - Previous experience with insurance brokers or direct selling with insurers - Strong drive to independently handle clients and teams - Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior client executives - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various functions In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess technical skills such as knowledge of General Insurance products, experience with broking portals and insurer systems, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. This position requires 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a specific focus on the insurance domain. You should have a track record of handling corporate clients, meeting sales targets consistently, and excelling in communication, interpersonal skills, and client relationship management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
