Corporate Recruiter - HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in US Staffing industry.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
