Position Overview: Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior Domestic Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring, ensuring that we attract, assess, and hire top talent to meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified professionals. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and offering employment to successful candidates. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, providing guidance on job descriptions, talent sourcing, and interview processes. Sourcing and Talent Pool Management: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build and maintain a strong pipeline of domestic candidates. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate interviews, skill assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit. Offer Negotiation: Manage the negotiation process, including salary offers, benefits, and start dates, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Employer Branding: Help build and promote the companys employer brand within the talent market to attract high-quality candidates. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, cost per hire, offer acceptance rates) and suggest improvements to optimize the recruitment process. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational policies, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, sharing best practices and recruitment insights. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in domestic recruitment, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes in fast-paced environments. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience recruiting in [specific industry/sector, e.g., IT, Finance, Manufacturing] is preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms. Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
