Job Title : US Corporate Recruiter Work Location : 5th Floor, Sri Durga Towers, Above UCO Bank, Road No 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad 500034 Telangana, India Work timings : 6:00 PM IST 3:00 AM IST Experience Level :3-5 Years Job Summary: As a Corporate Recruiter at Codeforce 360, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with management to understand staffing needs, source and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Forecast future hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning. Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings. Review resumes and applications, identifying top candidates based on qualifications and fit. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Ensure a smooth and consistent interview experience for all candidates. Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms where necessary. Guide candidates through the pre-employment process, including background checks and offer acceptance. Promote the companys brand and culture to potential candidates. Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive, promoting diversity and fairness in hiring. Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future roles. Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and suggest improvements to processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a corporate setting. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
