Job Summary:

As a Corporate Recruiter at Codeforce 360, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and attract top talent, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Job Analysis & Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Forecast future hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.

Screening & Interviewing:

  • Review resumes and applications, identifying top candidates based on qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Administer skills assessments or pre-employment tests when necessary.

Managing the Interview Process:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent interview experience for all candidates.

Offer Negotiation & Closing:

  • Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms where necessary.
  • Guide candidates through the pre-employment process, including background checks and offer acceptance.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the companys brand and culture to potential candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and online networking to enhance the companys presence as an employer of choice.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Ensure recruitment practices are inclusive, promoting diversity and fairness in hiring.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future roles.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and suggest improvements to processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
